As the owner and manager of Lather Salon, Janelle has been leading the salon for over 16 years, but her love for the industry started long before that. Since the age of 18, she has worked behind the scenes in salons as a receptionist and manager, gaining a deep understanding of what it truly takes to create an exceptional client experience.

Her passion lies in people. She believes the salon experience should be welcoming, seamless, and uplifting. If there’s anything she can do to make a client feel more comfortable, cared for, or confident, she will do it. Her commitment to customer service and attention to detail are at the heart of everything Lather Salon represents.

A Coeur d’Alene native, Janelle is deeply rooted in the community she serves. Outside of the salon, she treasures time with her family, including her three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys Bible study, quality family time, and unwinding with her favorite reality TV, especially cooking shows.

With years of experience, a heart for service, and a hands-on leadership style, Janelle continues to shape Lather Salon into a place where both clients and stylists feel valued, supported, and at home.
